Terms of Use

By accessing or using My Star, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users: parents, guardians, athletes, team administrators, and clubs.

My Star is a digital platform for tracking the performance of youth soccer athletes. We offer: • Athlete registration with match statistics (goals, assists, matches, cards). • Team and tournament organization. • Performance rankings and comparisons. • Integration with competitions via GotSport. • Sharing of achievements and trophies. During the beta period, the service is available free of charge without paid feature restrictions.

To use the platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years old, or have authorization from a legal guardian. • Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. • Keep your password confidential. • Be responsible for all activities performed on your account. You may not: • Create false or automated accounts. • Share access credentials with third parties. • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

You own the data and photos you upload to the platform. By publishing content, you grant My Star a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service. You represent that: • You have the right to publish all submitted content. • Athlete photos and data have been entered with the consent of legal guardians. • You will not publish offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or rights-infringing content.

The following is expressly prohibited: • Using the platform for any illegal activity. • Attempting to access other users' data without authorization. • Reverse engineering, scraping, or any attempt to obtain the source code. • Distributing viruses, malware, or any malicious code. • Interfering with normal platform operation or overloading our servers. • Misusing minors' data in any unauthorized way.

My Star is currently in beta and is available free of charge. No payment is required and paid feature restrictions are disabled during this period. If paid plans are introduced later, pricing and applicable terms will be presented before any purchase is made. Continued use of the beta does not automatically enroll you in a paid plan.

My Star is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for: • Errors or inaccuracies in statistics entered by users. • Decisions made based on platform data (e.g., call-ups, signings). • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you: • Violate these Terms of Use. • Use the platform fraudulently or abusively. • Are reported for inappropriate behavior that compromises other users' safety. You may terminate your account at any time. After termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
